Customer Update – Business Operations 21 July

21 July 2021

Dear Valued Customers,

We extend our sincere appreciation to all our customers across South Africa, and abroad, for the incredible support and encouragement shown over the past week and a half.

We are pleased to report that our operations in the Kwa-Zulu Natal region has returned to normal. Our branches in Ladysmith, Richards Bay, Pietermaritzburg and Durban, has reopened as of the beginning of the week and we continue to operate as normal across the region. The backlog of deliveries caused by the shutdown last week has been cleared. Normal collection services will resume today. We may see some early cut off times in certain areas however this will be managed on a case by case basis.

Our linehaul services has been running uninterrupted to and from KZN since last Friday. We are extremely grateful that our staff and premises are safe.

Should you require any additional information or guidance please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Customer Relationship Manger, or branch manager immediately. Alternatively reach out to our live chat service on www.aramex.co.za

Sincerely Yours,

George Van Der Merwe
